Everyone deserves to feel safe. Our neighborhoods should be places where we feel secure, protected and empowered to grow into the best versions of ourselves. We are proud to have developed partnership initiatives between the private sector and law enforcement all over the country to help create a safer community for us all.

We've been traveling the country with our clients to build programs, connections, strategies and partnerships. Our work has taken us to Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, New Jersey, Arlington-VA, Washington D.C, Las Vegas and Nashville. 

project highlights

Partnered with nonprofit: Coaches4Change and provided an educational resource (Matthew Horace) to talk to 60 college coaches about race, policing, and how coaches can lead college athletes during tough times.
Hosted a virtual panel featuring CHANGEMAKERS that are building bridges between cops and communities in LA and NYC.
Hosted a virtual conversation btwn millennials and police executives following nationwide protests after the death of George Floyd
Moderated a Fireside Chat with Dominic Choi, LAPD Deputy Chief and Chief of Staff to the Police Chief.

Launched a public/private partnership initiative: Greater Seattle Security Council for client: Amazon Corporate Security
Led our COPTICS workshop for 35 LAPD officers in USC's Law Enforcement Advanced Development (LEAD) Program
Produced the 3rd Annual Los Angeles Tech + Aging Conference at the LA Convention Center with 800 attendees
Convened San Francisco retailers, San Francisco Police and the District Attorney's Office to form a security council to address shared security issues in the city for client Ross Dress for Less Corporate Security Division
Facilitated new relationship with LAPD for client Ross Dress for Less Corporate Security as part of an overall community engagement strategy in Los Angeles
Held a "Meet the Police Chief" reception for business & community leaders for client: Torrance Police Foundation
